How much is postage?
Postage will be $8 within Australia and $25 for most overseas countries. Postage is added to your order at the checkout and all orders are sent by registered mail for your security .
When will I receive my order?
All orders are processed and shipped within 36 hours of confirmed receipt. Orders received before 3:30 (Monday to Friday) are usually dispatched on the same day. Your order is sent discreetly and in plain packaging via registered mail provided by the Australian Postal service.
Overseas orders are dispatched by Air Mail and insurance is also included to most destinations.
What if I'm not home?
If nobody is available to accept the delivery, an Australian Postal card will be left in your letter box and your order will go to the nearest Australia Post office or Postal Service in your country, where you can collect it at your convenience.

Delays in delivery may occur if you do not supply the correct mailing address or in the rare instance
that the item is temporarily out of stock. In the event of any such delay, Allan or Dianne will contact you by email or phone.
